1. What is Meritor Rewards Program?
Meritor Rewards Program is a special Reward and Relationship program for our esteemed group of Retailers and Mechanics. Once your membership is confirmed, you can earn points on every purchase/sale of a Meritor Genuine Product and redeem them for exciting rewards. You can also participate in various campaigns, contests and other initiatives from time to time to increase your chances of getting additional benefits.

2. What is the duration of Program?
Meritor Rewards Program started in the month of XXXXXX and is valid until further notice. Program duration is subject to change at the sole discretion of Meritor and will be communicated in advance to the members.

3. How do I become member of Meritor Rewards Program?
Any retailer or mechanic who sells/purchases selected Meritor products can participate in the Meritor Rewards Program. The membership to this program is free of cost.
To enroll into the Meritor Rewards Program, you will have to follow below steps:
Step 1: Click on Registration Link and fill up the registration form correctly and completely
Step 2: Click on Submit button
Step 3: Enter OTP received on given Mobile no.
Step 4: Member is registered successfully in program
OR
Step 1: Call us on 1800********* & provide your address & mobile number
Step 2: A Meritor Rewards Program representative will visit you shortly to get the registration form filled
Step 3: Fill up the registration form correctly and completely
REMEMBER to provide your correct mobile number for successful registration.

4. How do I know the list of selected Meritor Genuine Products which are eligible for Meritor Rewards Program?
All the eligible Meritor Genuine Products have a coupon with a unique code pasted on MRP label. For more details you can contact your Meritor Genuine Products Sales officer.

5. How do I receive my Meritor Rewards membership number?
Once you have enrolled in the program, you shall receive an SMS with your Meritor Rewards Membership number. You will also receive Meritor Rewards Welcome kit which carries a welcome letter, program brochure, rewards catalogue and membership card.

6.What are points?
Points are the earnings that you make on every sale/purchase of selected Meritor Genuine Products and other bonus earning opportunities that would be offered & communicated by Meritor as and when they take place.

7. Can I send multiple codes in a single SMS?
Yes, you can send up to 8 codes in single SMS.

8. How can I send multiple codes?
To send multiple codes, type MRP < SPACE > < CODE1 >, < CODE2 >,......,< CODE8 > and send it to 8425865322

9. How will I check my point balance?
Option 1: Send SMS, type BAL and send it to 8425865322 from your registered mobile number.
Option 2: Call us on 1800 ********** and provide your Meritor Rewards Membership number or Registered mobile number.

10. What I can do with the Meritor Rewards points, I have earned?

11. How do I redeem points?
Follow easy steps to redeem your points:
Step 1: Select the product from rewards catalogue based on your available point balance from Meritor Rewards Catalogue.
Step 2: click on that product and place order or Send SMS MRP < Space > < Product Code> to 8425865322 from your registered mobile number.
Eg: MRP 667788 and send to 8425865322
Note: Product code is mentioned below the image of each product
Step 3: You will receive a redemption confirmation SMS along with order ID.

12. In how many days, I will receive a product.
Once you placed an order, you will receive a product within 30 days of redemption.

13. Where will I get my rewards?
Your reward will be couriered directly at the address which has been provided by you in the registration form. In case of incorrect/ incomplete/ non-serviceable addresses, the rewards will be delivered to you through your Meritor Genuine Parts Sales Officer.

14. How frequently can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points as frequently as you want. You can redeem as long as points are available in your account.

15. Can I buy points to get bigger rewards?
No, you cannot buy points nor you can combine your points with other members.

To update your profile details you can call at our helpdesk no. 1800****** and provide the details to our executive, which needs to be updated.
