a. | In case the reward received is damaged / defective; Participants has to report the matter to the program helpdesk within 2 working days from the date of delivery. An inspection of the damaged product will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the notification. Replacement item will be dispatched within 7 working days post completion of the inspection. | |
b. | In case of damage / defect reported beyond the agreed timeline of 2 working days, it will be resolved on a case to case basis. As a policy, no Courier Company or Insurance company offers any kind of coverage beyond this timeline |
a. | In case of RTO, Meritor India to inform the Participants and request them to share complete or alternate address within 3 working days. After which, dispatch will be done on the same or next working day. |
a. | In case of Lost in Transit, a replacement item will be sent within 7 working days |
a. | In case of Delay in Transit, Meritor India and the respective Participants shall be informed about the same. The matter will be investigated and if there is further delay in transit then the product will be declared lost and Participants notified so that they can ask for an alternate product of same value |
a. | If a reward becomes unavailable / obsolete, a substitute reward / alternate option of similar quality and value shall be offered to the Participants. In case the same is not agreeable to the Participants, the Participants can cancel the reward and points will be credited back to their account. |
a. | Any issue related to non-receipt of reward needs to be reported to the program helpdesk within 30 days from the date of redemption. Proof of Delivery shall be provided to Meritor within a period of 7-10 working days for such orders. Proof of delivery can be shared only within 30 days from the date of delivery. Post which the investigation would not be possible and no action can be taken. |
a. | All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue or as mentioned on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or extended beyond validity. They can be redeemed only at stores mentioned in actual voucher. |
a. | For installation of LED/LCD/AC/Cycle etc., please contact the Customer Service desk of the respective brand and arrange for the same. Any cost for installation will have to be borne by the Participants and paid directly to the brand |
